Self-esteem plays a very crucial role in the life of an individual; it inculcates many good and positive qualities in the individual. One should not get frightened form the problem but he/she should face it with laudable courage. One should not go in the past when things were not going right for him/her but think about a better future. Never ever, think of the past but think, plan and execute things for a better future.

One should keep in mind that there are goals for him/her to achieve in life. One should think about the responsibilities and should handle them properly.

Most of the people face a lot of problems after a break-up or divorce. Their mind becomes very unstable and they loose a touch form their daily routine and their responsibilities. An individual who is going through this should do the first thing is stop thinking of the past. An individual should think of his/her responsibilities and should try hard to forget the past and think that a beautiful future is ahead. One should really have a strong approach towards like; he/she try not to think of the past he/she should think of the goals to be achieved. He should keep in life, he/she keep in mind that life is not over there is lot to face and many things to be done. One should try to engage in some extra activity or hang around with groups this helps to reduce the mental and emotional stress.

If one follows the above things it may help him/her to bring back the much-needed positive approach towards life and will in regaining the self-esteem.
