Taking a Systematic Leadership Approach to Your Plan

When I think of the greatness of systematic leadership approaches in planning and implementation, what really come to mind are the systematic approaches utilized in the military. Just stop and think for a second how system leadership management operations in the military take place. The military leadership systems mode of operations is; almost one hundred percent systems management operations in everything they do from: training, warfare tactics and strategies to the military's world of human operations; and the military, I am told is a complete other world as they even have their own judicial court and penal institutions. And, there are other organizations outside the military that operates on a systems management approach to organization implementation and performance. Let's take a look at a few that come to mind and review the progress made in the private sector that utilize the systems leadership management approaches in planning and coincidentally works closely with the military; it the aerospace industry organizations such as Rockwell, Boeing, and NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory California Institute of Technology; which by the way are the leaders in the United States for robotic explorations of the solar system.
To be successful in business, one will need to design a system of leadership approach to planning which will be inclusive of measurable standards; in relations to organizational sustainability and longevity. The purpose for leadership systems management approaches, in relations to planning is to have a well designed guide that will be the procedural manual that people can follow as a form for performing, from a perspective of clarity. So often in organizations people fail, get stressed out or burned-out because they do not have a sense of clarity in their job duties. Often times in my career as a corporate consultant, I have witnessed organizations attempting to implement particular job functions and, staff are confused because they don't understand the systems leadership management approach to planning. Frustration sets-in and organizational deficiencies begin to occur. Employees, begin to sense barriers which are hindering them from performing at a higher level. This happens because they were never informed or taught under what systems leadership approach they were performing.
So often, so call leaders to some organizations, fail to lead because instead of taking a hard look at themselves for their lack of leadership; they instead want to place the blame on to subordinates or other external factors that can allude the crux of the problem and that is the failure to initiate a leadership systems management approach to planning. As the systems design is being formulated by the leadership team, member of the leadership team need to obtain feedback from their subordinates and planning needs to take place, simultaneously. Peoples views, perspectives, concerns and inquiries need to be taken into account in the process of systems leadership management approaches are being designed. People need to be made a part of the overall plan of action and they need to feel empowered. The leader needs leave room for employee upward mobility as staff need to feel their input is truly valued.
It is important leaders of System planning incorporate issues of fairness as fairness and justice will bring about employee loyalty, respect and uplift morale. Employees will begin to take ownership of their job duties and the feeling of ambivalence will be erased. During systems planning leadership leaders will need to discuss the fundamentals of organizational systems protocols.
