Do you have any idea that feeling stress at home, at work, at school, or wherever it is, can effect your entire system, both body and emotion. This feeling can make you feel extremely tired, and create bad effect to your skin. For example, if pores are blocked, acne breakouts would happen. But, not just acne that I am talking about. Feeling stress might cause your skin to be red, irritated and itchy. That's right, these are the common symptoms of eczema.

The eczema symptoms are difference, depending on the each person. Someone has eczema that appear as red swollen skin, but another person might has fluid-filled bumps also. As you can see that eczema can be in many forms, but atopic eczema is considered to be one of the most common and severe. Until now, nobody can tell what the real eczema cause is, but chances are that skin allergies and the immune system of a person may have something to do with having eczema.

Don't worry, eczema is not a contagious disease. But there is a possibility that you would have eczema if your parents or your family relatives have eczema or other allergies, such as, asthma. In addition, there are also many things that can trigger your eczema symptoms, such as, soy, fish, eggs, cow's milk, or wheat, along with the rough fabrics, and dust.

Well, even you are fully aware of all the things that can trigger your eczema symptoms, but in case of some people who are under serious stage of eczema, might find that it is hard to avoid all of those things. Actually, all of your body parts can be affected with eczema, but mostly seen on the back of the knees, the elbow bends, wrists, neck, face, upper chest, and ankles.

When you have eczema, the first symptoms you have should be itchy and hot, which make you really want to scratch that area. But if you do so, your eczema area will turn red, follow by inflamed, and blistered. All of these are caused by your continuous scratching.

As you can always see that eczema treatment can be done by using creams and ointments, which can help reducing the redness and irritation. But some treatment is in the form of taken pills.

There are a few things that you can do to manage its symptoms. For those of you who have facial eczema problem, using soap substitute or nondrying facial cleanser can help to avoid your facial skin from being irritated. Another thing that you can do is, try not to apply too much make up on your face.

One of the important thing that you should avoid is, try not to hurt your skin with something like, drying soaps, perfumed detergents, household cleaners, or scented lotions. Besides, do not be in the water for a long periods of time, such as, taking a long shower or bath, since it can dry your skin and this dry skin condition is very good for triggering eczema.

One more thing, try not to wear anything that look itchy because it can irritate your skin. Wearing cotton fabrics would be highly recommended. And anytime that you feel itching, no matter how itchy you get, try your best not to scratch.

These are the ways that you can do to manage your eczema symptoms. Some people said that if you are young, you don't have to worry about eczema because you will grow out of it by the age of 25. But, to be honest, I think that it's not quite true since I've seen many older people have been suffering from eczema since their early ages. So, it wouldn't hurt to know some tips to take care of yourself. These tips might be useful for you some day, right?
