Do you know Digital Photo? If I were you, if you really love to take pictures of your friends, love ones, environment, or anything under the sun, Digital Photo is for you. What is Digital Photo? Digital Photo is a form of photography that utilizes digital technology to make images of subjects. When high technology became a trend, the photography used photographic film to make images which could be made visible by photographic processing. The digital photographs can be displayed, printed, stored, manipulated, transmitted, and archived using digital and computer techniques, without chemical processing. Digital imaging is one of the several forms of Digital Photo. Non-Photographic equipment like computer tormography, scanners and radio telescopes are images of digital. One example of digital images is Conventional photographic images. It is the art and science of producing and manipulating digital photographs that is represented as bit maps. The cost of film, the test shots, the expense and long wait for development eliminates the test shots of Digital photography.

One uses of digital photo are to print catalog images. It is used to update a web site. Digital photo is commonly use for studio shots of goods rather than for location shoots which uses live models where mobility and variable lighting present greater technical challenges. By capturing a frame from a video and by scanning a conventional photograph, digital photographs can be created in a figure of traditions directly with a digital camera. Once a photograph is in digital format, you can apply a wide selection of special effects to it with image enhancing software. After applying a wide selection of special effects, you can now print the photo on a normal printer or you can send it to a developing studio which will print it out on photographic paper. Even though, the resolution of digital photos is not nearly as high as photos produced from film, digital photo is perfect when you need instant, low resolutions pictures. Digital photos are useful because it can be displayed on the World Wide Web. Web graphics need to be low resolution so that they can be downloaded rapidly. Here are the major advantages of digital photography: 1. It has the ability to easily preview pictures and delete any bad shots, and know immediately if a particular photo needs to be re-shot, second, the costs of film are replaced with memory cards that can be re-used again and again, with the larger cards/sticks having a capacity of thousands of pictures, since pictures are saved on memory cards, you can easily share pictures by copying off the photos or sharing the card and lastly, decisions on effects like cropping, sepia tones or black and white, can be easily made after the picture has already been taken. 2. Night photos can take a somewhat magical quality you may find lacking in normal daytime photography. Amazing night pictures certainly can attract attention. As the sun goes down, however, it becomes harder to capture images without proper equipment and techniques.
